What a subscription adds
Hosting, unlimited resolution generation, reminders and, with some services, paralegal review. If you change directors or issue shares often, that ongoing help has real value.
What one-time gives you
A complete organizational book you own, with annual resolution templates you can reuse each year. Nothing renews.
Common trap: forgetting annual resolutions
A one-time book does not remind you. Put the annual resolutions on your calendar for each financial year end.
A practical mix
Buy the organizational book once, then have your accountant prepare annual resolutions with your year-end. Many small corporations do exactly this.

No.
